If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may make a return or an exchange within 30 days - from the date of purchase. Buyer will cover return shipping label for all exchanges and returns. Any online exchange shipping label costs for the replacement hat is on us. Please note, customers are responsible for a $10 handling fee for returns only. Unfortunately, due to the costly nature of shipping, we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label at this moment. *Please note, items that are marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged, but in some unique cases can be sent back for online store credit.
How do I track my online order?
Once an order is picked up by the designated carrier, your account will be updated and an email will be sent containing a tracking link. You can also look up your tracking by using Order Tracking Page.
When should I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days (except weekends and major holidays). This does NOT include hat orders. ALL HAT orders are hand shaped, one at a time. Just for you! With them being processed in the order they are received and each hat taking at least 5-7 business days to shape, cure and band... Your hat might not be completed and ready for shipping for 2-3 weeks. Rest assured, it's worth the wait my friend. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method if you are needing your hat by a certain date.
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once the order has been packed and a label has been created. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking URL to update.
If it has been a few days after the order was placed and you have not received tracking, please check your junk mail. If the email is no where to be found please contact -----.
Do we ship internationally?
My order never arrived. Where is it?
If an order is nowhere to be found please check with your surrounding neighbors and or building manager. If applicable please contact your local delivery agent and confirm the package delivery. Please contact ---- if the parcel is not found and has gone missing.
