If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may make a return or an exchange within 30 days - from the date of purchase.  Any online exchange shipping label costs are on us.  Please note, customers are responsible for a $10 handling fee for returns only.  Unfortunately, due to the costly nature of shipping, we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label at this moment.  *Please note, items that are marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged, but in some unique cases can be sent back for online store credit.


How do I track my online order?

Once an order is picked up by the designated carrier, your account will be updated and an email will be sent containing a tracking link. You can also look up your tracking by using Order Tracking Page.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours (except on weekends and major holidays).  However, we try our best to pack and ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00pm PST that same day.  Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method.  Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Shipping estimates are from the time the courier receives your package. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours (except weekends and major holidays).  All orders made after 12:00pm PST will most likely go out following day.  Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method. 

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once the order has been packed and a label has been created. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking URL to update.

My order never arrived.  Where is it?

If an order is nowhere to be found please check with your surrounding neighbors and or building manager. If applicable please contact your local delivery agent and confirm the package delivery. Please contact ---- if the parcel is not found and has gone missing.
